By far the best pediatric dentist’s office around! Everyone here is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! My son absolutely LOVES going to the dentist. They are all incredibly professional, kind, supportive, and patient…. From the front office staff➡️ dental assistants ➡️ all 3 dentists! All have been a joy to be around and we will continue to travel the 20 miles for the quality of care we receive at this office! This place is awesome! My older 2 children have been going here since they were little and they have always been wonderful to my family, I even referred my friends here. My youngest child started here but sadly I moved and we went to 2 other child dentist that did not compare to this place. And in all honesty, I believe there was a scheduling issue at the time after I had a bad day, I got angry and pulled them out of the practice. This was the worst mistake I could make because not long after my youngest had a horrible experience at another place and KidsFirst is really helping to make him feel comfortable with dental care again and trying to find ways to help him recover from his past trauma. Trauma that could have been avoided if I wasn’t acting like a toddler at the time! I really regret ever leaving, if I based it solely on the care of my children (which I should have) I never would have left! I drive the 45 min. now and I don’t plan on leaving ever again! Even my older children say they feel most comfortable here. An added bonus is you can’t even find one rude staff member. Every one of them greet you, acknowledge your children, are very pleasant to talk to and seem to really care about what is in the best interest of your child. We truly love it here!

My 9 month old has his first check up today and Dr. Randy, Dr. Tyler and their staff were absolutely amazing!! I have been taking my son since he was 2. Every time the staff @ kids first, seems to amaze me on how good they are with my nervous little one. They are fast yet efficient. This last visit, my now 3.5 year old got X-rays and they made sure he was comfortable and he did such a good job, with their help. Dr. Weinshel & the staff is amazing!

My daughter has been a patient since she was born. She has a cleft palate with unique dental needs. Dr. Randy and Dr. Tyler are very warm and fun. They got us in today within 2 hours since my daughter developed a hole in her tooth. They are patient, knowledgable, and eager to help. Dr Tyler is the best of the best! It’s so hard to find the right dentist/doctor for your kids and family. But when you find someone like him, you keep him! He does an excellent job at the actual cavity fillings, etc...while at the same time being so friendly and fun for the kids. He deals with my hyper/inquisitive 9 year old with ease. I know he does well with kids with disabilities and is the best for kids with anxieties. Their office is always friendly, helpful, clean, and beautiful. I’ve loved their office staff and hygienists. Having a pediatric dentist we trust has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. Knowing we aren’t creating PTSD from bad dental experiences is worth every penny. And I’ve sent friends and family Dr Tyler’s way so they can fix what another dentist has done wrong, or put their kids at ease after bad experiences. In fact, I almost think it’s too fun and pain free there - my 9 year old son doesn’t have a reason to not want a cavity. 😆. I can’t give Kids First enough stars.

Kids First Pediatric Dentistry has always not only met but exceeded my expectations. My son has been going to them for the past year or so and they are just incredible with him. He’s very low functioning autistic and requires a lot of patience and understanding at the dentist. They go above and beyond to make sure his needs are met and that all my questions are answered. They are very intuitive and make sure to keep him comfortable but challenge him to tolerate the exam which is great because he’s gotten better and better. Everyone there from start to finish is professional and so kind. I’m so thankful to have such a great staff caring for my kiddo.

Best Pediatric Dentistry in the valley, no question! Tyler Carter and Randy Weinshel are high quality, professional, friendly, and amazing with kids and teenagers. Best of all, they are honest, genuine people who sincerely love what they do. We were highly recommended to go see Dr. Tyler as we have a son with sensory issues & extreme oral aversions, and he didn't move once! Not once! I was shocked! Not once! Dr. Tyler & Miss Emily were so incredibly open and gentle (ok, Mom was a nervous wreck and never stopped talking trying to distract him), never not talking to all of us through the process. They have taken all of that nervous energy out of the equation, and put all of us at ease! Absolutely amazing!

I brought my little 1 year old here for his first dental checkup. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The office is beautiful and clean. Dr. Tyler was amazing with my son. He quickly examined him, did a quick cleaning, and applied flouride varnish in about 2 minutes. My sister brings her kiddos here as well and they have been coming since it opened. My nieces have had many procedures and always are comfortable and happy when finished. I would absolutely recommend this group to any parents looking for a great pediatric dentist. Even if you live a little distance away, it is worth the drive.

We are blown away with the care Kids First Pediatric Dentistry gave to our son. It was his very first appointment as an 18 month old and we were not sure how he'd respond. Both my kids have been coming here for years and it is always a great experience. Fast, friendly and efficient every time we have an appointment. But that does not mean that you are rushed, the staff and dentists always take their time to go over everything with you and answer any questions that you have.

It was my second attempt to take my son to the Dentist. The first time was hectic to where we had to walk out. However, I made an apt with Kids First and it could not have gone better! I have left a review for the chandler location but have since transferred over to the queen creek location and I am just as impressed as before. Amazing people working the front desk, the assistants working with the dr and the back. Everyone seems happy with their jobs and happy to be doing what they are. I was in complete awe with Dr Randy… I have a special needs daughter that I would have sworn would need a sedated exam. Nope! Not with Dr Randy. Today was my sons first appointment with this office and Dentist. The front office staff was so nice and welcomed us to their office. Brittany was my sons hygienist and she was so awesome with him. I've been taking my kids here for almost five years; I moved a while ago and I still go out of my way to take my kids here because I love the doctors and staff so much. My oldest is autistic, and they make it a point to be attentive to their patients with disabilities and any coinciding issues in treatment that might pertain. I always look for healthcare providers that embrace disability inclusiveness and I can wholeheartedly say that this office meets all of our needs.

I absolutely love this place! I have a kiddo who was born with a cleft lip and palate and the doctors work closely with his cleft team of specialists and they are so kind and patient. My son has a lot of anxiety related to doctors, especially those working in and around his mouth, and they are very patient with him and take the time to explain everything they are doing before and as they do it. I have a very rambunctious child and the entire staff does a great job at maintaining patience and calm demeanors trying to wrangle her in. I would- and have- recommend this office to anyone searching for a pediatric dentist.

Bar none the most efficiently run practice of any medical facility I have ever visited. The Doctors are awesome with my grandson who is disabled and highly sensitive but it is the competance of every single staff member that keeps this practice running like clockwork. I just took my 6 day old son to First Pediactric Dentistry for a tongue tie snip and was beyond impressed with our experience. From the initial phone call the staff was able to get me in the same day and extremely helpful. After we arrived Dr. Tyler came in for a consultation to make sure we were ok with the procedure. He was extremely informative and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. The procedure took less then 2 minutes and then we were able to hang out in a room until we were ready to leave. Even before we left they checked on us again. Office was clean and customer service was professional, kind and we will definitely be recommending Dr. Tyler.
